Chattels Real, LLC is a creative residential Lease-to-Own company domiciled in the state of Pennsylvania.
Our company provides a team-based program for homeownership assistance ("You Pick It, We Buy It, You Own It" business model) to individuals with non traditional credit and/or non-traditional employment which entails Debt Reduction, Credit Repair, and Financial Mentoring.
The Chattels Real's concept was derived from the familiarities and complexities of purchasing properties. Recognizing the opportunity to create a vehicle of turning defeat into victory for individuals with credit and/or employment challenges was the guiding force for the evolution of Chattels Real,LLC , the home owner's assistance resource company.
